Neuroinclusion for schools, families and employers
Present is not the same as included.
A child can be seated and passing, an employee can be at their desk and delivering, while carrying a cost nobody records. We work with international schools, the families inside them, and employers to make that cost visible and design it out.
Who we work with
International schools
Inclusion audits, implementation support and teacher CPD for heads of inclusion, SENCos and leadership teams whose provision needs to keep pace with their students.
- Inclusion Snapshot and Full Inclusion Review
- Adaptation Load Audit
- Accreditation Readiness Sprint
- Inclusion Partner and teacher CPD
Families
For parents navigating learning differences at an international school: one clear picture of your child, reports in plain language, and preparation for school meetings.
- A structured first conversation
- The Learning Profile
- Parent coaching and meeting preparation
- Ongoing family advisory
Employers
Neuroinclusive workplaces for employers in the UK and the US: practical systems that reduce risk and keep talent, not awareness theatre.
- Workplace Inclusion Audit
- Neuroinclusion workshops for managers
- ADA and compliance strategy
- Advisory retainer
Für Unternehmen in Deutschland: Beratung auf Deutsch
The difficulty lives between the adults.
Bold Advisory is the layer between: one professional making sure everyone works from the same information towards the same practical plan.
How every engagement runs
See where you stand
A structured read of what is already in place, and of what is actually happening for the child, the class or the team.
Align the adults
Reports turned into plain language, so everyone involved is describing the same person.
Build the plan
One prioritised plan: what changes, what is realistic now, and who owns each piece.
Build capacity
Plans fail in week three, not on day one. We stay alongside while the new routines take hold.
Review and hand over
We check what is working, retire what is not, and step back as your own capacity grows.

We are not psychologists or physicians, and we do not diagnose. Where a child needs the clinical route, we say so early and help the family reach the right professional prepared.
Start with a conversation.
The first step is a conversation about what you are seeing, not a sales call. We tell you plainly which kind of support fits, which may be smaller than you expected.
